Our menu will feature an array of options, including incredible salads, soups, sandwiches, and snacks, as well as a retail section showcasing stocks, sauces, oils, vinegars, and anything else you adventurous cooks might want for your home kitchen. Ed Heath

Ed Heath has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. Ed is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley. He was a member of a team that was selected for a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide. Ed opened ClevelandHeath with his partner Jennifer Cleveland where they were nominated for 2 JBF awards.

Rick Kazmer

Rick Kazmer has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. Rick has worked for famous chefs like Kevin Binkley and Chris Bianco. He is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley where he honed his wine skill set. Rick has an impressive resume spanning from fine dining to fast casual, and was an integral piece of ClevelandHeath’s two James Beard Foundation nominations for Best Chef.

Samm McCulloch

Samm McCulloch has been in the hospitality industry for near 20 years. She has crafted her bar skill set working with excellent bar programs like JBF winner Gerard Crafts’ teams. She has been a part of Tales of the Cocktail for the past 7 years and has been a member of all “coats” within the conference. She has helped to open several bars including distilleries.

Tim Foley

Tim Foley has been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years. Tim had his official start with the famed Emeril Legasse. He has opened several restaurants, including his own Erato which at its peak had two incredible locations. Tim is a Sommelier who has an exquisite taste for wine but is also an incredible master of the bar as well.
